This kit was a Christmas gift from my husband. I sent him a few different kits to choose from and let him pick one out. He picked Moonlit Magic. I have been working on it since December, with breaks on and off. I didn’t do much on it over the summer, because it was too damn hot to sit under a big heavy blanket. It’s starting to cool off so I’ve pulled it out of purgatory to keep working on. It’s definitely one of the more difficult patterns I’ve ever attempted, and there were quite a few ‘frog and start over’s until I figured out what I was doing.
I had my baby January 7th, and I got this as an early Christmas gift. I couldn’t find a project I wanted to work on and I needed something to do with all my anxious nesting energy, so my husband whipped this out from under the tree a few weeks early. I think I have 20 rows left as of now, but it’ll still be a while until it’s done. Between teething baby and other projects I just haven’t been putting much time into it. I really want to put some good work in on it soon so I can use it this winter.
